Common Questions
Do you take vehicles with liens or outstanding loans?
Yes. If you still owe on your vehicle, we can work with your lender to pay out the balance. If the payout is higher than our appraised value, the difference becomes part of your new deal — we'll walk you through the numbers clearly before anything is signed.
Do I have to buy a vehicle from you to trade in?
No. We'll appraise your vehicle regardless of whether you're buying. If the number works for you and you want to move it, we can make that happen independently of any purchase.
What if I owe more than my vehicle is worth?

Do you take high-mileage or older vehicles?
